Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. Grand Central District is just a 5 min walk, Edge District is 1 mile, Downtown is 2 miles, and St Pete beach is 15 minutes away. Guests have a private deck with seating for 2, Wi-Fi, and laundry accessible via shared fenced backyard.

This house, uniquely built near ground level, allows it to be waterfront on the beach while shaded by huge pine trees. You won't find a more tranquil setting on the beach.

Lots of charm and just enough space to spread out a little for some privacy. You access the apartment through our side gate and up an exterior stairway.
