This is a culturally diverse and transitional neighborhood. Please note: all guests are required to sign our compliance contract (against drug trafficking and illegal activities) before booking confirmation.

This accommodation is close to Tampa Airport. It is quiet, clean, and family-friendly. Washer and dryer on the property (only for long stays of more than 7 days). Talk to the host when you are staying to make arrangements. For guests only, not for third-party use (2 loads per week) (shared). I have a mango tree and a lemon tree adjacent to this courtyard. Please be careful if you are allergic.
