I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. Everything I needed was available, from fresh towels to kitchen essentials. It really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Will and Grasen’s place was perfect for our week long stay. Close to attractions, parks, restaurants etc. Extremely comfortably bed, nice bathroom. Nice living room area for relaxing. The kitchen area is cozy with a mini fridge, this was fine for my husband and I as we had planned on eating out a lot and didn’t need a ton of fridge space. We loved that they had extra toilet trees in case we forgot something. And we also liked that they had extra beach towels! Overall it was a really nice stay and we would book here again.

I want to say. I was very surprised to get what they said. They are very nice. Awesome location. I’m a single woman traveling for work and I felt safe. You never know what you are going to get and I got more than I signed up for… as far as safety, location, privacy, the room was more than good. And the company was even better. Never over stepped boundaries or agreement. Made great friends forever.

This was an ideal vacation I was looking for. From the location, to the clean interior of the room, the privacy, the peacefulness and quiet. It was 10/10. I enjoyed my time and hope to get them again.

Kenneth’s place is a true gem. Perfect location, amazing surroundings, quiet and safe. The pool area was so serene and inviting, such a lovely little oasis. Kenneth was friendly and available, such a great host. We will definitely return!

A lovely setting with a little beach out back on Boca Ciega Bay and just a few minutes walk to Beach Blvd's restaurants, brewery and coffee shops. Would definitely consider returning!

We booked at the last minute and although the host was out of town she accommodated our request. Check-in was easy and the place was in a perfect location for the event we were attending at Vinoy Park. Parking is at a premium in this area, so we were very thankful for the availability of covered parking for the exotic car we brought for the car show. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was wonderful. We would definitely stay at Sheila’s place again when in St. Pete.

Great place to use as home base for Busch Gardens visit with a friend. Most perfect space we've seen in a while! Had everything we needed, super clean, great bed. Loved the little private sitting area outside. Thank you!!

The property was very cozy and welcoming. The beds were neatly made, the bathroom was spotless, and we loved the private entrance and the quiet surroundings. Our host was kind and thoughtful—he even allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. Everything was just perfect. 100% recommended!

where should I begin. If I could give it 10 stars I would. The host was absolutely amazing and very sweet. The spot was perfect for my sister and I. clean and comfy. The area was very peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly. It was 9 minutes from my nieces home which was a big plus and 15 minutes from the airport. next time im in town I will definitely stay here.

Jennifer’s place was absolutely amazing- I would’ve stayed more days if I could. The area was in a great location, very family friendly! I felt right at home,and my pups too! Great back yard, and patio. This is definitely a hidden gem, priced super reasonable. I will definitely be coming back if I ever find myself in the area again!

Was super location and perfect for commuting for work. Room was set back, so you didn't hear the traffic. Close to planet fitness which was great.

IF YOU ARE A COUPLE IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! THIS WAS AMAZING AND SPACIOUS! The floors have a very luxury feel and the bed was so comfy and clean. WiFi was amazing, location was amazing, and everything about this place and the host was perfect! You are missing out if you don’t book here!

Christy’s place is a gem! It is clean and comfortable with many extra amenities provided. The location is central to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Christy had a lot of helpful recommendations. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Celeste & Rodger's place! Every detail was very well thought out- coffee, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, aloe, etc. all available and accessible. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the private outdoor space. Close and convenient to multiple beaches and restaurants.

Absolutely loved our stay in the West Wing! Description was accurate, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, pool was a great amenity, neighborhood was quiet and the room felt very private and tucked away. Location was only about 10 minutes from the beach and many great restaurants etc. We would stay again

Lauren’s bungalow was a lovely place to serve as home base for a visit to St Pete! In charming historic Kenwood neighborhood, walkable to hip shops and restaurants. Close to downtown. Quiet, cozy, and pup-friendly. Comfy bed, soothing shower, all you need if you want to cook in. Big TV for relaxing. Fast Wi-Fi if you need to work. Definitely would recommend!

Gloria’s private suite was everything this busy mama needed for a relaxing beach getaway with my kids. She has everything you need to have a great day at the beach including coolers, beach wagon, toys, sunscreen, towels, blankets and more. We loved coming back to the private saltwater pool for a swim after a long day of exploring. The suite felt like a home away from home and Gloria was so accommodating to not only us but my dog who she had filtered water, treats and toys waiting for him when we arrived and also let him hang out with her and her dog while we were at the beach! The location is close to many beautiful parks and beaches. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sunset Beach close by. Would definitely book here again!

We have stayed here before, and this was another great experience! The place was clean, readily available, with a pool and Jacuzzi on site, which made the peace all the more peaceful! We would sit at the pool and watch boats go by in the morning with our coffee, I relax at the Jacuzzi at night. Excellent location to the beach and local restaurants, and it was also easy to hop on the highway or the main roads and skip to another beach within a couple of minutes. We would highly recommend!
