Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Unterammergau

The place was just great! Everything you need was there and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. The children were allowed to feed the rabbits in the garden, you had your private area in the garden and the mountain panorama was awesome. A really great, family-friendly accommodation. There were even high chairs, a changing table, a cot and games for children and adults. The area invites you to many activities - it is not far to Imst, the Ötztal or the Pitztal. So a great starting point. Daniela and her husband always had an open ear for questions. A clear recommendation for a family holiday in the mountains!

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Janin is a very friendly hostess who cares very much about the well-being of the guests. If you have any questions or concerns, answered very quickly. We were even allowed to stay longer on the check-out day. The house is huge and offers all the amenities you could wish for. In particular, the seating area with its we were impressed by the sweeping furniture. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out in the spacious rooms. There is a very large garden, more like a small park with a swimming pond, which we did not use (on the one hand it was too fresh, but on the other hand the water is not inviting to swim in at the moment). Although there are two apartments, the two parties do not disturb each other, as the outdoor areas are partially separated from each other, each with their own seating and barbecue facilities. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can highly recommend the host, the house and its surroundings.

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights in Barbara's apartment and enjoyed everything there. The apartment is very quiet and idyllic, surrounded by meadows and pastures. The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated in a modern rural style. The kitchen with the large wooden table is super cosy for long board game evenings and includes all the utensils you need for cooking or for extensive snacks. All furniture and furnishings are of good quality and well maintained. We slept very well in the beds and enjoyed the quiet and peace. Barbara is a great host: She welcomed us very warmly, was always flexible and helpful and gave us great tips for our stay. The area is perfect for families looking for a quiet time for themselves, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Alpine foothills. Thank you dear Barbara, we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and beautiful apartment in Krün. It was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the spacious balcony offered stunning mountain views. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing. Highly recommended!

Rosi and her family are super hospitable! We felt very comfortable and will definitely book again. The farm ice cream is very tasty and the cheese is also highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights at Georg's apartment "Viktoria" and felt at home from the first time we entered. Not only the apartment, but also the house and the great garden (with various possibilities for sitting, lingering, sunbathing and watching sunset) were super well maintained, lovingly designed and kept modern. The location of the accommodation was perfect - insanely quiet location, but by car within an hour you were in the Alps! We will be happy to come back!

This is a real comfortable and cosy apartment with everything you need; also nice outdoor space which is private and great for relaxing. Ursula was very helpful and understanding, I had a minor medical problem and she really helped out, thanks again Ursula! ♥️ Oberau itself is very pretty with an absolutely amazing outdoor public swimming pool, please check it out! Nice restaurants, ask Ursula for recommendations: also towns nearby are easily reachable by train and wort a visit.

well aranged apartment on ground floor in quiet area, the kitchen is fully equipped and supermarkets, restaurants and shops within short distance can be reached, Ulrike is attentively responded to any messages, we stayed 3 nights and we never felt that somebody is living upstairs. definitely I will choose Ulrike place again whenever I go back, l can highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for peace and quiet.

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

we visited the apartment as a family and were more than satisfied. The apartment is very well equipped, the house is in a quiet area that offers direct many opportunities for hiking. Especially great for children is the large and very well-equipped playground right behind the house. The hosts wrote very friendly messages and explained everything easily and well. We will be very happy to come back. Thank you very much .

Lovely apartment with views of Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and walks through the hills

My sister and I were super satisfied, the kitchen is well equipped, there is an oven and a microwave. The rest of the apartment is also well equipped and maintained. There are bed linen and towels, even a hair dryer is provided. Would come back any time.

We spent 3 nights in Simone and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, we enjoyed the short holiday very much and felt completely comfortable in the apartment.

We found Michael's accommodation very nice, clean and quiet. There were already many things available, such as salt, pepper, detergent, soap and toilet paper. There was a lot to do in the area, whether in the mountains or by the lake. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday at Michael's.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back
