The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Der Schwerpunkt der Küchenausstattung liegt auf Rohkost-Ernährung (Herd nicht vorhanden). Obst und Gemüse kann täglich frisch geliefert werden (Preis nach Absprache).

Auf dem Nachbargrundstück gegenüber sind aktuell Bauarbeiten. Je nach Fortschritt kann es daher tagsüber- (vermutlich nur Werktags also von Mo.-Fr.) hin und wieder etwas lauter werden.
