Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The stay with Margarete was very pleasant. She is a kind and helpful host. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and very clean. Only a freezer compartment and some kitchen utensils (peeler, grater, scissors) were missing. Overall, however, it was super nice and absolutely recommended. :)

Clean apartment at a very good location

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can recommend without reservation.

Very relaxing stay. Totally pleasing hosts. The pool was really great and the whole garden had sun all day. Very nice places easily and quickly accessible. Very suitable for running/hiking or just relaxing.

Our 5d4n stay was very fulfilling. First of all, the location of the property i.e. nestled in the Austrian Alps, is just ideal for our itinerary including our day trip to German alpine. Next, the property itself is a hidden gem, sitting on an elevated ground, overseeing the town below with mountains as the backdrop, and with cows lingering on the green fields makes the view spectacular. And the house is lovely and clean. Host warm hospitality makes our stay even better and we enjoy the conversation with him. He is the best host we have ever met so far. Me, my wife and our daughter truly have a wonderful time here. We hope to also experience a snowy winter here in the future.

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. Super apartment, very spacious, absolutely clean. Has everything you could ask for. Beautiful garden, great view. Although we were only there for breakfast and to sleep, we felt right at home there. Microwave, freezer, oven, dishwasher, everything you could wish for was there. Absolutely recommended!

We spent a week in the apartment with our 2 dogs. Great location in Salzburg city centre, you need 20/30 minutes, various shopping facilities are also in the vicinity. Great balcony, apartment is cozy and the bed is also very comfortable. The surrounding area is also beautiful, even in bad weather you can experience a lot. "There is no bad weather, only the wrong clothes😉" A small tip: since there is no paper waste in front of the house, there are some on the football field next to the glass containers. These are easily accessible on foot.

There were two of us in Georg's great apartment in June. For our purposes, it was perfect, we lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-maintained house. After the holiday, our son probably first talked about the apartment, which he liked so much, in kindergarten. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time if needed. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it an excellent place to explore the area around Lake Chiemsee and the entire Bavarian Alpine foothills as far as Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is located in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and modern underground car park, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner – thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

Had a great stay at Alexander's place. He was always easily accessible. The location of the apartment is also very good. The apartment can also be used by families with small children.
