The apartment has a convenient keypad for your convenience. The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out. Your host lives in the same house and is available for questions. New stove 2024-09-14.

Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Own house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house also consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to an extra bed is available in the form of a comfortable sleeping mattress to put on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also includes a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200cm and an extra bed box spring 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. A townhouse on top of the city's mall with all the comforts within reach. Take the elevator down to the square and take advantage of the proximity to restaurants bars market hall museums and city life. There is also a lovely luxury Gym with the sauna house to use for a fee. Parking in the garage in the basement is included and provides amazing convenience. Stop and enjoy the city if you are in transit or visit beautiful Umeå and enjoy.

Quiet, pleasant area just minutes walk from central station and city center. Close to NUS and university. Best suited for 1-2 guests but serves as an overnight stay for 3 people. Bed 140×200 cm, sofa bed 120×200 cm. Possibility to borrow washing machine for long stays. Tea and instant coffee included. An independent place to stay with self check-in. Suitable for calm caring guests.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to the sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. In the house there is also a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

The cottage in Umeå, hosted by Hanna and Mattias, is a true oasis of peace. From the very first moment, we felt at home here – the interior was extremely cozy and decorated with attention to every detail. Everything was spotless, which added to the comfort of our stay. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful, perfect for resting and relaxing in nature. You can really breathe and enjoy the silence here. Hanna and Mattias are wonderful hosts – committed, helpful, and welcoming. They took care to make us feel as good as possible. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in Umeå! 🌿✨
