Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. Guests have the entire house at their disposal. The house includes an integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Unique, beautiful old house in a peaceful quarter, close to the city center. The house is built in early 20th century and is newly renovated. The house has an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, washer, coffee maker and an electric kettle. A crib and a high chair are also available. All services, including the train station are within a few minutes walking distance. The house is a part of our home, so we kindly request all guests to treat it with respect.

Eight kilometers from the cottage is Robertsfors, where there are grocery stores, cafés and museums. There's also a golf course in Robertsfors.
