Centralt och nära till grönområden. 300m från att promenera runt den vackra sjön Höglandssjön som är ett populärt stråk. 20 min promenad in till city. Finns flera mataffärer i närheten (Ica kvantum, Coop & Lidl) ca 1-2 km.

Private toilet, shared laundry room and kitchen. Separate shelves are available in cupboards and refrigerators. The house contains of three bedrooms, living room and kitchen in one. There is a view of Lake Nydalasjön, which is a popular recreation area with, a large adventure playground.

Hej! Welcome to the city of Umeå. The biggest city in the Northern Territory of Sweden. The house is available from Easter 2025 to the end of June. The house can just be hired over the whole period, not several days or weeks. We can recommend you a nice townhouse which is very comfortable and not fare from the centre of Umeå (around 1,5 km). Radhus med 3 sovrum nära Nydalasjön. Närmaste busshållplatsen Nornaplatsen ligger 1 min promenad bort och där kan du ta dig till Universitet och NUS inom 10min. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i badrummet på övervåningen. Totalt ryms 5 personer i huset. Kaffe, te, duschgel och schampo ingår.
