Here you live comfortably and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Private house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house also consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a comfortable sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also accommodates a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full-size beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress pad.

The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Villa Sjöman is beautifully situated in Norra Vallgrund in Unesco World Nature Heritage site in Kvarken archipelago. The house is 30 kilometers from Vasa. The house 100 meters from the sea invites to beautiful experiences in a wonderful environment, relaxation and peacefulness. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Common outdoor sauna, 10€/time.

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The cottage is located 13 km south of Örnsköldsvik close to Höga Kustenleden, beach and the sea. Linen, towel and cleaning is included in the price. Käxed – High Coast

A newly built, modern cabin at the heart of the High Coast, with a wonderful view overlooking the bay. The Skuleskogen National park is only 4,5 km away. A luxurious stay for trekkers and hikers, coming in and out of the national park. There is of course a lot more places to see, please ask for our advice on other gems!
