In the house, there is also 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. Wifi is available. In the yard there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice vacuum for winter swimming . An idyllic spot only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Rurally located on Ön (an island in Umeälven) and within walking distance of both the airport and central Umeå, you will find this micro house on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities and you can choose if you want to buy breakfast or arrange it yourself in the nice kitchen. In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also houses a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

Hi, we're a family renting out a farm/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to the airport and bus stop.

Eight kilometers from the cottage is Robertsfors, where there are grocery stores, cafes and museums. There's also a golf course in Robertsfors.
