The apartment has a convenient keypad for your convenience. The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out. Your host lives in the same house and is available for questions. Stay comfortably and make day trips along the high coast trail or take a break from the tent with a night indoors. 2 km to Hålviken parking where the trail towards Balesudden continues on foot. 9 km to the entrance north. 700 meters to the merchant's sea bath. 7 km to Bjästabacken, 4 km to cross-country skiing tracks. Possibility to rent snowshoes with nice terrain right from the property border. The apartment is connected to our house with common hall.

Central cozy room near the river!

A centrally located room with a private entrance and toilet. In the apartment there is a 140cm wide bed. A spacious closet, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome!

We have tried to create a space where you should feel at home! Thanks to generous areas and amenities like washing machine, dishwasher and AC, it also allows you to stay for longer periods of time.
