There are large expanses and nature experiences close to Gudenåen with rich bird life and good hiking opportunities - both on foot, by bike and by canoe on Gudenåen. The apartment has a French balcony overlooking the sunset over the hilly fields along the Gudenådalen. 15 minutes to Randers and 7 minutes to Langå by train to Aarhus C, which can be reached in 25 minutes.

This lovely house is located in quiet surroundings in active village overlooking fields and small city park. 10 meters from Himmerlandsstien and Hærvejen (hiking/biking). Golf center 10 km. Well-stocked grocery store, bakery, pizzeria and cafe within 300 meters - and about 150 meters to mini golf course and playground. In Hjarbæk (10 km by car and 7.5 km by bike) idyllic marina, reputable inn and delicious ice cream house (summer open). 50 meters from the house stop for bus with several daily departures to Viborg, among other things.

Sophielund is a very large, unique and beautiful country estate located in scenic, quiet surroundings with forest as a neighbor and close to Gudenåen. You can walk, hike, run and cycle (mountain bike) and swim. Train station 1 km. Shopping 800 m. The property is located between Viborg, Aarhus, Silkeborg and Randers. If you are a large family or a smaller group (max 8), Sophielund is the perfect place for fun and activities. Charging of electric car - on Østergade or at the local Brugs - about 700 meters from the property.

Guest house

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. From the top floor of the home, there are great views of the fields and forests, where we often see deer and other animals. Eat out when the weather permits at the lovely garden furniture set right outside the door. There are sleeping spaces on each floor, so if you are two couples, or two colleagues, or parents and older children, you can sleep separately. We have agriculture, so there is the possibility of spotting a tractor or other agricultural machinery in action.

Forget your worries in this cozy and sweet home. The guest house is separate and you can be completely undisturbed during your stay. The guest house contains a nice bedroom with a double bed and a living room with space for 2 additional people. If you have a baby with you, there is the possibility of a weekend bed and a high chair. Welcome to our cozy forest summerhouse. The house offers 2 bedrooms with double bed and 3/4 bed respectively. In addition, a loft with 2 single beds. The heart of the house is a sofa and dining room in open connection with the kitchen. Outside there is a large terrace with gas grill, which can be used freely. In the forest, there are nice trails along a stream, just as Gudenåen is nearby. We are open to long term rent for different price. Write if you want bed linen and towels. Costs 100 DKK per man.

Countryside vacation apartment

Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

Free coffee, tea and in the fridge I have left some drinking and quick food if you arrive late as you should feel free to take . No TV but wifi. Small tea kitchen with microwave, toaster and actifry. I live within a short distance so can quickly be there if you need help or need anything.

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex.
