Romantic new cottage with veranda on the waterfront and spacious private garden, in the middle of nature and bird area between Alkmaar and Hoorn. Enjoy the peace, the view, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub or go on an adventure with the canoe into the polder. The Meadow Cottage feels like a secluded private paradise, but is surprisingly centrally located in North Holland. Whether you want to cycle, hike, fish, birdwatch, explore villages or just do nothing at all. This is the place where you catch your breath.

Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Begin 2026 opgeleverd en van alle gemakken voorzien: zalige 2-persoons boxspring, dubbele wastafel, ruime regendouche, complete keuken, 4-zits eethoek, bank, dakterras en vide met een ladder naar 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Perfect als uitvalsbasis naar oa Amsterdam, Volendam, Marken en Zaanse Schans. Bushalte op 5 min lopen. Horeca bevind zich om de hoek in oude haven.

Enjoy our unique accommodation in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. You can enjoy the peace, the water and the view here. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Entire front house Uitdam

Zie de zon opkomen boven het meer tijdens een verfrissende ochtendduik, ondergaan bij een knisperend vuurtje boven de uitgestrekte weilanden. Nieuw voorhuis aan de dijk in Uitdam met uitzicht op het Markermeer en een tuin met uitzicht over de weilanden. Geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en twee kinderen. Het prachtige Uitdam ligt dichtbij Amsterdam (20 min met de auto, 30 min met ov). Wissel je bezoek aan de stad af met wandelen, fietsen en watersport in de natuur. Niet geschikt voor 4 volwassenen.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

🍃Welcome to Bijzonder Oostzaan, an idyllic place where you stay in a charming tiny house by the water, tucked away on the edge of the 't Twiske nature reserve. Here, you wake up to the sound of birdsong, look out over green meadows with horses and sheep, and enjoy the outdoors, while Amsterdam and the Zaanse Schans are surprisingly close by. The perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, a relaxing stay with friends or a special holiday with the family.

Vacation home on farmyard

A cozy and atmospheric holiday home on our farm. The house is built in a former barn in a quiet place, along the dike. In the spacious yard there is enough space to sit outside and enjoy the tranquility, space and nature. The house features a bedroom on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor. Overlooking the dike and beyond the Gouwzee. In which summers can be swimmed. Cohabitants of the farm are our chickens and sheep.

Guesthouse de Volgermeer

On the edge of the village of Broek in Waterland is this nice, modern furnished cottage. The guest house is surrounded by meadows and adjacent to the Volgermeerpolder nature reserve: the ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trips through Waterland/Great Amsterdam. When you return to the cottage, you can enjoy the panoramic views and the most fantastic, colored sunsets both indoors and outdoors.
