Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ühlingen-Birkendorf

The previous evaluations have raised high expectations, which have been consistently met. Everything that has been written so far is true! The prepared hiking routes are particularly great, some of which start right at the house. After hiking, relaxation in the sauna, then a cozy evening in the beautiful apartment. Only one disadvantage: we didn't stay there long enough! So only recommended, and indeed host and holiday home, you live and live effectively as on cloud 7.

The apartment on the entire second floor, huge space, the room, kitchen, dining room are all very comfortable, clean as new, the host couple is great, friendly, detailed explanation of the facilities and check-in matters, the price of the nearby supermarket is very affordable, if you have the opportunity to go to Switzerland, I highly recommend staying here.

It is a wonderful stay at this charming attic apartment in Seon. The space was clean, well-equipped, and offered a peaceful retreat. The host is a very friendly family, both co-hosts were communicative, friendly, and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out seamless, besides helping with small things during the stay. The apartment's location was ideal for our needs. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable. They even left a gift for Easter! It was such a surprise! Overall, this property offered excellent value, and we would gladly return for another stay. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with Mr. Hartmut and the accommodation. Was our 1st time at an AirBnB and a nice experience. Mr. Hartmut has apparently not received such good reviews for nothing. He always seemed very straightforward and friendly. Makes everything very transparent and fair. In our 4 days and 3 nights, we felt comfortable and cannot complain about the price, cleanliness and performance at all. Simply great, no lie. Thanks again for a nice time.

It was easily one of the best Airbnb stays we've ever had. The place is so spacious and well designed. From the sun room to the garden to the fully equipped kitchen and the fireplace. It was the perfect home base for our family of five to travel all over the black forest. Sam and Jenny were always a text away for every question we had, and we're very helpful and welcoming. The lake is just a 5 minute walk from the house, and the market is just as close. We loved it, and highly recommend it on a visit to the black forest

The accommodation was extremely quiet in a beautiful location with very good excursion possibilities. Very clean and very well equipped, also really nicely designed. Nice contact - we were able to quickly and easily resolve a minor damage we had caused after departure.

The apartment looks bigger than in the photos. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well as various shopping facilities in the village. All in all we had a great stay, were warmly welcomed by Jutta and felt very comfortable.

The accommodation is fantastically located in the countryside, ideal for switching off and relaxing. The living spaces are cozy and everything (including kitchen and bathroom) was tip top clean. Klaus responds super fast, was always helpful, very friendly and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

It was lovely place, pretty close to the town area with COOP departmental store next door. Very elegant designed rooms and nice balcony. Highly recommended for someone wanting to live in peace and witness swiss style of living.

Kathrin’s place was wonderful. Truly a great place to stay. They have all amenities needed and are at a great place in the city of Zurich to be close enough to the old town but not too busy in the craziness of the city itself. If you like day trips but want to stay in Zurich, this is a great home base for traveling to the mountains to Grindelwald or Engelberg if you want to do a day trip. Highly recommend!!

Marion and Bernd were very welcoming, their home was a great place to stay during our visit to the Black Forest.

Good accommodation could have been longer. The grill was a nice addition.

Great place - outside you can only hear the sheep bells - slept wonderfully and nature begins right behind the house.

We immediately felt comfortable in the villa, after the wow effect when entering. The contact with the host was also sympathetic and accommodating. Despite bad weather, you could use the pool and hot tub. The gym is superbly equipped - we were busy ^^ also a big shout out to the cleaners, everything was sparkling clean and the bedrooms were very nicely prepared.

We had some cold days with rain during our week. That was also a reason to book this house. With nice weather, it is great to stay outside in the garden with the terraces and when it rains there is plenty to do inside with lots of space and freedom if you go with two families. Frank responds very quickly and friendly. Everything was clean. The description is what it is! There is plenty to do nearby and within an hour's drive through the beautiful Black Forest, there is plenty to do. Beautiful lakes, zoo, beautiful villages, cable cars to go up on the mountains. Very nice!

Very large house with nice garden. Flexible host on check-in times. A little renovation on the house wouldn't hurt, but at least it's clean!

We spent the Easter days as a family, 7 adults, at the Retreat Lodge Schürmatt. From the beginning, we were thrilled with the decor, the location, the amenities. Everything, really everything, was there. Every day we cooked together and all accessories were available and in very good condition. The view of the Swiss Alps, at different times of the day and weather, is beautiful. The circling, calling Milane in the air a fascinating spectacle for Aug and Ear. The garden invites you to linger and enjoy. Whether sun or shade spot, there is a nice place for everyone with the right garden furniture. Also in the house, everyone (s) will find a favorite place to feel good, rest, read, play, enjoy. We all enjoyed it very much. We will be happy to come back. Thanks, Vinzenz!

We loved our stay here. The house was incredible, as pictured with enough room for our party of 8 including 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The ability to request a pack and play for infant and toys for my toddler was a game changer. The space was thoughtful and enough room for everyone to relax. The town is very quiet and sweet. You can easily walk to Migros and local restaurants. It was perfect for day trips to Thun, Lucerne, Bern, Zurich. It was the perfect landing spot for our group. Laundry is always a plus! Just a couple notes if you have kiddos and plan to do all public transportation, (not a big deal if you have a car but we didn't want to travel with car seats): the home is all tile throughout, not a lot of space to roll around if you have crawling babe etc. The house was absolutely walkable with a stroller from bus stations but don't follow google maps on the 345 bus stop, it'll take a shortcut up to the house that is all stairs. Take the 346 bus instead.

The accommodation is an absolute feel-good place! The complete process from booking to the stay itself was easy and hassle-free, and the host was always available. Even with the equipment, there is nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend again.
