Built with traditional craftsmanship and natural materials, it provides a bright, welcoming space for up to 10 guests. Welcome to our freshly furnished and stylish 2.5-room top floor apartment in Eggingen! The spacious living room with smart TV and Wi-Fi (incl. Netflix UHD) invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for preparing favorite dishes. A bedroom with a box spring bed guarantees a good and restful night's sleep. The Swiss border is only about 5 minutes away, a great restaurant is in the same building - what more could you ask for.

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

The complete core renovation in 2022 shows the approx. 70 sqm apartment in modern splendor. The separate entrance leads to the large living and dining area (+new sofa bed) with new kitchen. Due to the open room design, the hallway adjoins the living area and you enter the modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms. A terrace with barbecue facilities and free parking are in front of the apartment. Another approx. 70 sqm apartment is also available for rent.

Vacation home near the Swiss border with garden

Our vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is spread over two floors. Thanks to the good location, you can easily make trips to the Black Forest or Switzerland from our accommodation. Perfect for commuters is the Swiss border, which is 5-10 minutes away. The center of Lauchringen is a 2-minute walk away. There are shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cafes. Nearest bus stop: 2-minute walk

Time out in the middle of the Rothauser Land!

Whether on foot, by bike or by car: enjoy a break in the midst of nature, surrounded by green pastures and dense forests in a secluded location. Start the day with a fantastic view, watch our goats and feel the calming effect. You can start your hikes or mountain bike tours through the fascinating High Black Forest right on your doorstep. Our well-known Rothaus brewery is worth a trip, it can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

Spacious farmhouse for family and friends

The property is located in a spacious farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. The bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank can be reached in two minutes on foot. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. You will share the garden with my ducks. There's room for all of you.
