Wir haben die alten Lehmfachwerke wieder aufgemauert, die uralten Dielen freigelegt und an die Wände kam nur feinste Lehmfarbe. Abgerundet wird das HideAway durch einen kleinen gußeisernen Kamin für die Abende und eine private Sauna am Feldrand ... Wir lieben Kinder 🧡🌟 4 Katzen und 1 Hund leben am Hof ;-)

Charmante maison à 40 km de la mer Baltique

Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

Der gehobene Standard der Ausstattung, der Blick in die Natur, die Nähe zum Wasser und die Terrasse mit Grill laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. In nur wenigen Minuten ist der Strand erreichbar. Ueckermünde als direkter Nachbarort liegt Supermärkten, Apotheken, Cafés etc. nur 3 km entfernt.

Liebe Feriengäste, Gerne würden wir unser ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus vermieten. Unser 300 qm großes, eingezäuntes Erholungsgrundstück bietet ein 58qm großes Ferienhaus. Der Außenbereich bietet Ihnen eine überdachte und eine nicht überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen. Hinzu kommt eine finnische Fasssauna, welche genutzt werden kann. Außerdem erfreuen sich unsere Gäste an dem Strandkorb, den vorhandenen zwei Sonnenliegen, sowie einem vorhandenen Grill.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
