A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Der Außenbereich bietet Ihnen eine überdachte und eine nicht überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen. Hinzu kommt eine finnische Fasssauna, welche genutzt werden kann. Außerdem erfreuen sich unsere Gäste an dem Strandkorb, den vorhandenen zwei Sonnenliegen, sowie einem vorhandenen Grill.
