Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Lots of space to feel good in the beautiful Zillertal – in this spacious & quiet apartment. I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 71 m2.! We welcome individuals, multiple people, as well as families of all ages, gender, and of all backgrounds ! House rules & regulations apply to EACH/N in the same way. :)

Exclusive apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

With the scent and the atmosphere of natural materials, Die Zillertalerin welcomes you. Each of the apartments has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).

Winter is particularly inviting for skiing. The accommodation is right next to the bus stop for the free ski buses. The ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. In summer, excursions to Zillertal, Schwaz, Innsbruck, Achensee, Kufstein, Rattenberg and the entire Upper and Lower Inn Valley are an absolute must. The area is also an ideal starting point for various hiking destinations in Zillertal.
