It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

The small but cozy cellar apartment is in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet location and a few minutes' drive from ski areas such as Spieljochbahn, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal. These are easily accessible by public transport. Our location is the starting point for beautiful hikes. Wi-Fi is free of charge. The apartment has satellite TV, an open-plan living and sleeping area and a sunny terrace with a side mountain view. The kitchen is fully equipped!

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
