Private parking spot outside the house.

A bright, modern apartment in a quiet location awaits you. The apartment is approximately 75 square meters and is located on the first floor of a two-family house. It has an open kitchen / living area with TV. A parking space is available right in front of the apartment. In the fitted kitchen, all necessary kitchen utensils are available (pots, cutlery, glasses, etc.) Only when booking more than 3 guests is the second bedroom with double bed (180 × 200) available - extra charge €35 per night.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Komfortables kleines 1 Bett-Apartment. Bestens ausgestattet für Geschäftsreisende. Selbständiger Check in ist jederzeit nach 15:00 Uhr möglich. In dem bequemen 1,60 m Bett können ein bis zwei Personen sehr gut schlafen. Das Bad befindet sich über den Flur, wird aber nur von diesem Apartment genutzt. Täglicher Zimmerservice ist inclusive.
