Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

In der ersten Etage gibt es insgesamt 3 Doppel-Zimmer - eines davon mit "en Suite" Bad. 2 weitere Badezimmer befinden sich im Farmers Home.
