Villa holiday rentals in Tzummarum

We (2 adults and 2 small children) had a wonderful weekend in the cottage. It is a spacious house with a large garden. In the garden there was a trampoline and that was according to my children the most beautiful of the weekend. The cottage has everything you'll need such as washer and dryer and a nice fireplace. It was also very nice that things like tea, coffee, hand soap and baking paper were present. The area is beautiful. We will definitely come back again.

It was a great weekend at the property. There was practically nothing that was not on site. From a great kitchen equipment, to many clean bathrooms to the boat in front of the house. We were able to enjoy the time carefree and never felt that something was missing. Glad to come back !

We felt comfortable in the cottage from the beginning. The gas fireplace in the cozy living room was our highlight with winter outside temperatures. In the town, everything is within walking distance and you can park at the train station.

We had a wonderful week on Ameland and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere on a Wadden Island. The house was cozy and equipped with all comforts. Ballum is a beautiful and quiet place with nice restaurants and a neighborhood supermarket. Great place to discover the whole island by bike.

A beautiful lovingly furnished house🏠. Everything fits🤗. Location, recreation, water🌊... The landlords are very, very nice and accommodating. We had wonderful days with lots of fun & sun (which Kathrin sent us extra🍀). We will definitely come back 💯🙋‍♀️🤗❤️

A loving and well-furnished house. Flooded with light. New, very beautiful garden. Communication with Claartje was perfect, requests were responded to. Be sure to rent a dinghy in the harbour next door! Fantastically beautiful surroundings with interesting cities. Thanks also to the cleaning staff!

Nice church, very nice place to have our annual weekend. Plenty of cutlery, plates and pans available, which is always extra nice. Especially if you are with a large group. Recommended!

We had three wonderful days with three generations of family. Also for seven people and dog the house was more than generous. But the most beautiful thing was the garden, you just have to go to relax there. Thank you!

We stayed at Annette‘s place for a long weekend with a with friends and their kids. We were 10 in total with 6 kids between 5 and 14 years old. The house with the spacious garden instantly captured the kids and us parents could start the relaxing weekend from the get go. The beautiful surroundings are great for walking, running, cycling or boating. Located within a nature reserve, there is plenty of outdoor activities to be had. We had a great time and are contemplating of going there again in the future!

Zilverduin is a beautiful house! The location was our favourite feature; within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Leonie was great with giving us tips about the area and things that were handy like rental bikes which got delivered straight to the house - what a luxury! A few things I would have liked to see though, would be: something to handle the mosquitos in the house and higher quality bedding items (the crib for the baby was below expectations for a house at this price point, as were the pillows). Other than that, the host was easy to reach. There is also a caretaker nearby to speak to incase of any emergency. The host also was kind enough to let us check in early and change our dates last minute all to accommodate our ferry times (which I highly suggest booking WELL in advance, ie weeks, if not months!). She also allowed my friends to bring their service dog even though we notified her late. All in all, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay with two families and our kids!

The place is in a great location and offers a silence that is like no other. Really excellent for a secluded getaway! We had booked the accommodation spontaneously for one night, as our actual accommodation was overbooked. The owners responded incredibly quickly after we were able to contact them through the neighbors. Without their intervention, we wouldn't have known where to find a place to stay that night. So we had a nice family vacation. Thank you and best regards!

We had a nice weekend with the whole family in the villa (8 adults & 5 children) The house is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space to play and romp. The path to the beach leads through a beautiful forest. The communication between the host and us was flawless. If you had any questions, you would receive a response within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back.

This was a great place for us -- we stayed here with some family, 5 adults in total. The location is ideal (short walk to beach, short bike ride to town, close to bike trails to all of the island). We loved the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed having breakfast on the patio. It's pricey, but worth it if you can afford it.

Very nice space. Glad there are separate rooms where you can retreat for a while when you are with a group. Room/apartments are nicely decorated and well equipped. The bed cities are also very nice. The amenities are really great. For example, we used the jacuzzi, sauna and the BBQ. The area is beautiful. Were awakened with a view of the woods. And lots of parking.

We were traveling with two families (4 adults and three kids). The house has enough space. Check-in and checkout was very straightforward and personal. We had a small issue and got a response and resolved it right after getting in touch. The equipment of the house is simple and without much decoration/coziness but sufficient. The kitchen in turn was well equipped (toaster, gas stove, good microwave, pots of different sizes). Children's equipment (stair gates upstairs, high chair and crib) are available and sun loungers were brought to us. The garden is huge and has plenty of space for the children to play. Location is quiet in the middle of a holiday park. The pool was still empty at the end of April/early May. Although the weather was only warm during the day, the house was very heated and it is very clairaudient. We had a good time and can recommend the stay!

Perfect accommodation for our group. The house is as good as new and has a nice ambience. The outdoor area also offers plenty of space. We felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely weekend. Very nice and clean house with all comforts. The contact with Richard and Simone was very friendly and pleasant. This is a must for anyone looking for peace, sea and beach.

We really enjoyed the house, beautiful garden, chill space and swimming pool. Except that it is very nicely decorated, it is also very complete. Bart is very friendly and responded incredibly quickly with a question from us. Even though we were only there for a long weekend, it really felt like a vacation.

The cottage is in a very beautiful park with a good restaurant and nice staff. The area is very green and you can enjoy walking in the adjacent forest. It is also fun for smaller children, all kinds of activities are organised. The house has all the comforts. You can cook yourself, do the laundry, there is a dishwasher and the shower is fine. And my son slept right in the bed 😊 Definitely worth it and also worth repeating.

Jeannette and Peter are very sweet hosts! We had good and friendly communication,...They gave us many tips. Check-in could even be done earlier than expected. We would book the house in the beautifully landscaped park again at any time.

We found everything as described and had a splendid time! Especially the fence around the garden was a relief for the parents amongst us. All the small water channels could have been a great danger. :) our kids enjoyed the garden, the playground and everything else a lot! And us grown ups the house and it’s amenities. Thanks!
