This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Het Voorhuis van de boerderij is omgebouwd tot een royaal gastenverblijf met uitzicht over de tuin, weilanden. We hebben een biologisch melkveebedrijf en werken zoveel mogelijk met de natuur mee. Boven in Nederland, vlak bij de Waddenkust vindt u dit duurzame en energieneutrale tiny house. Het huisje is met liefde en tot in detail ingericht. Alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig. Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het tiny house staat achter op ons terrein en is omringd door een natuurlijke tuin. Hierdoor heeft het een weids uitzicht met veel privacy. De rust en de ruimte in dit schattige huisje voelt als een ware belevenis, een plekje om even bij weg te dromen!

De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust
