Aparthotel holiday rentals in Tyrol

We really liked the stay for us as a family of 6 (including the youngest at 1.5 years). Check-in was easy and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. Above all, the little one liked the play world in the basement, as well as the play facilities in the garden. The apartment was super clean and incredibly cozy, we felt immediately comfortable. In the kitchen everything necessary was available, the washrooms, as well as the shower were also clean and maintained. The bedrooms were also very comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the location of the suite very much, after a short walk you can reach the mountain railway, as well as some restaurants. Right next to the property is a supermarket, which is super convenient if you need something quickly. We thank Gabi very much for her hospitality and are glad to have had such a nice weekend in such a great place. Kind regards :)

Very nice reception and had a nice conversation right away. The property is as described and has a good value for money. We booked the property to ski on the Kitzsteinhorn. In 20 minutes, you can reach the ski resort at the valley station by car. It is also nice that there is an attached drying room for the ski utensils. Glad to come back

We had a great stay. The hotel is super neat and clean. We stayed in the maisonette and it exceeded our expectations. A very spacious apartment with no less than 3 full bathrooms. Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting area and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, a very spacious bedroom with another bathroom. The hotel is located in a very nice place, beautiful view of the mountains. Around the hotel is a spacious garden with swings and a table tennis table. Plenty of room for kids to play. The hotel has a large playroom that children can use. We can only be positive, highly recommended.

Just perfect. Stunning apartment, a real royal feeling. I have never seen such cleanliness anywhere before. The view and surroundings are breathtaking. Such a special and delicious breakfast! I wish I had the chance to visit there again in the future :)

What a luxury. We had a great stay with 5 adults and 2 kids (1 and 4). Close to the piste, apres ski bar at 50 meters and wonderful spa. Probably great in summer to.

Authentic and basic, but great bathroom. Perfect for us.

We felt very comfortable in the modern apartment "Zolder" by Maria and Jakob. From the window and from the balcony (the apartment even has three balconies!) we could watch the cross-country skiers on the trail about 100 m away. We had very warm weather and, in addition to cross-country skiing (it was only possible to do the alpine pool trail at the end), we also did some winter hikes. The bus stop for the free bus to Seefeld, Mittenwald and Buchen is right at the property. On Thursday I was able to participate in a beautiful yoga class in the yoga room of the house. It was all great, so we will come back next year!

I'm going to start by saying that I've become quite picky as I get older. My accommodations have to super clean, quiet, and in a great location. I also tend towards fancy boutique-like inns, much to my dismay. Guess what! This is it and more. Ansitz Felsenheim is a family-owned inn where you get to know the family (Caroline, Benedict - you made our summer!) as well as the other guests. We hiked, explored and ate fabulous food cooked by Benedict. Make sure you sign up for breakfast as well as the weekly dinner. My daughter says it was her best dinner ever! In addition to incredible hiking just outside the back door, I sat outside with my book distracted by the most beautiful landscape - aka the Zugspitze which was constantly changing in colors. We spent several evenings enjoying the amazing Austrian spa downstairs in the inn! This place is fabulous. Don't look further. We can't to return - hopefully this winter for skiing. What a great AirBnb find!!!!!

My husband loved the spa area... the room was very well appointed and updated. The pre arrival instructions had a hiccup.. the bnb messaging wasnt the best way to communicate. It was more of a hotel type approach than an airbnb so the host varied I guess.. But when we arrived everything was organized and easy.. I just did not know for sure until we arrived.. The location and accomodations were very special.. Would definitely stay here again..
