Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Inom 500 meter har du tillgång till allt detta samt möjlighet till exempelvis paddling, cykling och vandring. Tomten är i två nivåer, en väldigt privat del med en stor uteplats, solstolar, trädgunga, ute-kök, grill och en där man kan spela fotboll, kubb, tälta mm En drömhus för naturälskaren!

Tiny House with a view by the sea!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

Modern and well-equipped small extra house in beautiful surroundings close to Tyresö Castle. Easy communications to Stockholm city (500 meters to bus stop) and close to the sea (about 400 meters). Suitable for shorter overnight stays and visits to the Tyresta nature reserve as well as the Brevik peninsula. Why not plan for a "sea-to-summit" excursion? Climb up to Tyresös highest point, Telegrafberget, 85 meter above the sea level and enjoy the views. Sleeps one to two persons.

Accommodation at lovely Tyresöreservatet. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.

A very functional house with well planned 60m². Very bright and spacious feel with high ceiling and traditional yet modern Scandinavian design. This house was built in 2008 as a guesthouse next to our main building and was renovated 2025. Great for friends, couples or the outdoor adventurer with the forest and lakes just around the corner, a spectacular setting in the most beautiful area of Tyresö.

Det här minnesvärda stället är allt annat än alldagligt. 20 minuter från stan med kollektivtrafik hittas detta hus med allt man behöver på en yta på 20 kvadratmeter. Platsen är lugnt villaområde och direkt buss till Gullmarsplan är 7 minuter gångväg bort. Även nära natur och vatten. En utdragbar säng som kan bli två. En parkeringsplats ingår. Lakan och handdukar ingår.
