Small newly built lake cottage, about 15 square meters with two beds, electric heating, refrigerator and microwave. Balcony with outdoor kitchen and summer water. Very close to the beach with morning sun. Possibility to add your own boat, as well as to borrow a double kayak. The lake cottage is located in Krysshamnsviken, near Nämdöfjärden and lakes within walking distance. It is about 4 km to Stavsnäs where you will find an Ica store, paddle tennis courts, bakery and restaurant in the picturesque old village, as well as the nearest bus stop.

Stay in our nice little house, close to big city with idyllic archipelago feel. Here you live high and secluded, magnificent views of the Stockholm inlet with boats & cruise ships. The house is older but charming. Hilly area, car is recommended. Patio facing the water, here is a small grass area with playhouse & trampoline for children. In the area there is a swimming area, nature, grocery store, bus in the city center 2 km. Enjoy the sounds of boat traffic around the corner of the house & magical sunsets once the sun is out. Winter-occupied summer cottage with sea view in scenic area of Mörtnäs with proximity to shopping. A charming house built in the 1920s of 48 sqm. Two small bedrooms, kitchen, living room with dining area and fireplace, bathroom with water toilet, shower and washing machine. In total there are 5 beds. The house is located on the landlord's 3000 sqm property with south facing where you see the sunrise over the sea bay. With about 100 m to the area's own sandy beach and bathing jetty you have bathrobe distance to a swim in the sea!

Welcome to our forest and seaside cottage, a quiet retreat with breakfast, only 45 minutes from Slussen. Perfect for two people looking for peace, nature and a break from everyday life. Note: Wood-fired sauna with bathtub can be rented for an extra fee. There is a large terrace with dining area, red infrared heating, outdoor kitchen and gas grill. Outdoor shower/dry toilet/shared shower available. Walking distance to beaches and natural reserves. Kayak rental and Bistro Björkvik (1,4km) for dinner by the sea is close.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Seaside House in the archipelago - Dalarö

A wonderful simple house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.

If you want to live close to the lake and national park, this cozy little cottage is perfect for you. Here it is wonderful to enjoy the peace, listen to the birds' chirps, take wonderful walks, nice running rounds in the woods or swim and go boating in the lake ... If you are hungry for Stockholm's pulse, it takes about 20 minutes by car to go to Stockholm city. If you travel by public transport, it takes about an hour. The cottage is perfect for two people but also works for four people.

The living room consists of kitchen with dining area and sofas for socializing in front of the fireplace. On the terrace overlooking the sea there is a barbecue and dining area. Five beds in three bedrooms. 15 minutes to the sandy beaches around the Björnö Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from Slussen. Good bus connections.

Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
