The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. The house offers free parking (several spaces are available). The lawn below the house can also be used by guests. Bus that runs nearby takes you smoothly into Gullmarsplan.
