The apartment is 40 sqm and offers high ceilings and a high cozy factor. Very central, 2 minutes to the bus and 1 km to the beach. The accommodation has a 140 bed, sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, toilet with shower, kitchen and balcony as well as free parking. In the kitchen there is a stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. When you arrive: The bed is made with clean linens and clean towels and toilet paper for about two days are available. The accommodation is left cleaned but we empty the garbage and remove the bedding.

In the surrounding area, there are lovely green spaces, swimming lakes, and hiking and mountain biking trails – perfect for those who enjoy getting out in nature or taking a pleasant evening stroll.

Excellent location for work and weekend trips – only 12 minutes by bus to the subway at Gullmarsplan, with convenient connections into Stockholm. Älta is also perfect for walks and exercise in the fall and winter. At the same time, there are grocery stores, gyms and other services at a convenient distance.

Close to several bus stops that take you to Gullmarsplan in 15 or 25 minutes. You will find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a living room with a TV and a sofa that easily converts into a 140 cm bed. Wi-Fi and Chromecast. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. Parking is available, as is a washing machine.

This comfortable accommodation with its own entrance, patio and parking is 36 sqm. Good and fast connections to the city (20 minutes by bus and subway), at the same time close to the edge of the forest in a quiet residential area. The hens live near the property so you may hear them in the morning. Good as a starting point for various activities such as: hiking or kayaking. Suitable for solo or couples with or without children, adventurers or business travelers. Pets welcome.

Lovely home close to swimming and nature. Beautiful hiking trails in Tyresta Nature Reserve, which is a couple of hundred meters from the accommodation and adjacent to Tyresta National Park. Close to swimming by the cliffs. Canoe rentals are available in the area. The area is great for cycling in nature and on gravel roads. About 1 km to the bus stop that takes you into Stockholm city in about 30 minutes. The apartment is on 2 floors and is just over 60 sqm.
