Villa with stunning sea plot

Archipelago villa with a sea plot and stunning sea views out over Erstaviken. The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms with large natural plot and walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and jetty. At the jetty there is the possibility to add your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. The house is close to Stochholm by car, Tyresö castle is at walking distance and by boat you can quickly get to Saltsjöbaden and Dalarö. Let me know if you have any questions

Modern house in the center of nature

Guest house of 30 square meters in high position in the middle of the peninsula with walking distance to lovely baths in both the sea and the lake. On the peninsula there are several nature reserves where forest and dramatic rock formations offer beautiful viewpoints and hiking. The nature and silence makes this a very relaxing place. Stockholm is reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 min. At the front there is a deck and garden that provides privacy to the main building. At the back there is a newly built terrace overlooking the forest.

House with sauna near National Park

Highly located smaller house with everything you need and close to amazing nature. Large plot. Forest walk directly from the door, swimming areas 1 km away and only 2 km to the entrance to Tyresta National Park. This is the first time we are renting out the house, so there are no reviews. Feel free to read reviews about us and our guest house, which is located on the same plot, by clicking on the host's profile picture. 30 min by car to Stockholm, free parking. Bus stop is 1km away on weekdays and 3km away on weekends.

Newly built own house in an elevated location with terrace 2 minutes to bus (15 minutes to Gullmarsplan, 20 minutes to Slussen Stockholm city). Parking included. Sheets, towels, consumables are included. TV with Chromecast. Dishwasher and washing machine. 5 min to swimming lake, 15 min to nature reserve. 2 min to grocery store open every day 08-22. 2 bicycles are included. Stockholm city 35 min, the sea (Baltic Sea) with sand beach, 30 min. OBS! Only non-smokers are allowed as guests, this is because we are allergic.

Close to Stockholm City, nature and archipelago

Our house is situated in a very nice and green neighborhood. Just 25 minutes to Stockholm City by public transport! It is also close to both the lake, nature and the archipelago. Just a few minutes walk from the house there is a park with playground, soccer field and nice walking areas. It is a newly renovated house with a modern standard. Outside the house there is a porch with the opportunity to sunbathe and have dinner. If you want to arrive without car, the house is close to the busstop.

Small house with its own sauna in the Archipelago

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
