The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

This charming two bedroom barn conversion features vaulted ceilings, original beams and slate floors, along with a wood burner for those cosy Winter evenings. Outside, guests have use of the beautiful garden, which is teeming with bird life, and with its own babbling brook, makes for a serene spot to sit with your coffee or glass of wine.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Jasmine cottage is in a country setting. Sleeps 2 adults and 1 infant. We have an abundance of Birds to watch, adjacent to the river. Beautiful gardens and woodland scenery. Enjoy sitting in the Garden with the birds and wildlife. The cottage has a homely feel with a fully fitted kitchen. Bathroom has a shower and bath. Bedroom has a king size bed and tv. Open plan kitchen with dining table and chairs. Smart Tv with Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available if required upon request.
