For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

The quiet and cosy apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old house on the edge of the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is 400 m away. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between lies the street, the wall and our garden.
