Enjoy the private roof terrace on a summer’s evening with beers and wines on tap 30 seconds away. The flat has its own spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden & flat entrance. Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

Fern Hollow is a perfect place to retreat and rest, cosily and comfortably at the bottom of my garden, behind my 1950's semidetached home. It is a unique little hideaway in Rusthall, on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. Sensitively and skillfully built out of a collection of architecturally salvaged materials. Warmed effectively by a woodburning stove the living area is a comfortable and bright place to work or relax. There is a little kitchen area and a sofa by the fire and dining table.

It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine , fridge freezer, cooker and a small breakfast bar. This flat is positioned and prepared to accommodate people on business travel as well as those on holiday. We have fast broadband.

The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.
