This is a lovely (single-family residential use) home that is located next to other homes in track-style development. The home has 10-foot ceilings. The floor plan of the house is open and roomy. The home's flooring is part ceramic tile with carpet in the bedrooms. We are located on a dead-end street. No thru traffic. The backyard faces an open common area desert. Sometimes you will see coyotes, javelinas, and roadrunners. You will see lots of birds, rabbits, and quail.
