Summer house by Gudenåen

Beautiful architect-designed cottage with the Gudenå river as a neighbor. A great place to relax and enjoy vacation and leisure. The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

Bakkehuset in Søhøjlandet

Bakkehuset is nestled in the deep, tranquil peace of the forest. Close to the Gudenåen and surrounded by nature with rich opportunities to see the deer in the field, the birds of prey in the trees and listen to the songbirds chirping. Grandma's living room is separate at one end of the house. Here there is intimacy and cosiness in abundance, and you will experience tranquility and views of nature through all the windows. Outside there is a playground, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and even your electric car can stand undisturbed in the carport and charge.

WELCOME to a stay in our beautiful apartment, which is located in the fantastic nature, right up the forest and with several lakes in the area - including a short distance to Østre Søbad, where you can swim all year round. There is also a sauna in connection with the sea bath. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city centre. There are 2 km to Pizzeria and shopping in Virklund. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

Bright, newly renovated, cozy and delicious self-contained home for 2 people. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. A gem for nature lovers. Surrounded by forest inviting for lovely walks. Located close to Silkeborg, Aarhus, Randers. Legoland, Den Gamle By in Aarhus, ARoS, Moesgaard Museum and not least the beautiful nature of East Jutland with beach and forest.

Confirmation room Grønbæk Vicarage

In scenic surroundings lies the historic Grønbæk Præstegård 1757. The Confirmation Room, which consists of a private entrance, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, is rented out. Get a freshly laid egg, pick berries, or take a walk in the amazing outdoor areas. The Confirmation Room is located at the opposite end of our private home and has its own entrance. 5 minutes to Ans (shopping, etc.). 15 minutes to Silkeborg (nature, restaurants, culture, shopping) 45 minutes to Aarhus (with everything the city of smiles has to offer.)

The home is part of a 3-wing farm with its own private and enclosed garden with adjoining terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is located right on the highway but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected - especially on weekdays and at harvest time. There are 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city center. Everyone is welcome. Finally, ask for suggestions for hiking, activities or dining

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Public transport (bus) 850 m. Silkeborg City Center 5 km. Jyllandsringen 4,4 km. Silkeborg Golf Club 3,7 km. Gødvad Hallen 1,4 km. Svostrup Kro 7 km. Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

The apartment is part of a private residence, which is why you will be able to hear a little life in the house when the hosts are at home.
