Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Our mobile home is a 2018 model and is very nicely decorated. There is ample room for a family of four, with two loos and a shower. There is a fridge/freezer and gas cooker. The home is centrally heated and is double glazed. It is situated in our yard in a sun trap. It is a 10 minute drive to the beaches and also 10 minutes to the centre of Truro, which is a lovely city, lots of shops, cafes and quaint streets. An ideal getaway,also an ideal place to work from, laptop space and very quiet.

Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.
