Stunning situation overlooking the beautiful River Fal with a single room cottage, eco pod and own ablutions block with electric shower and mains WC. Your own garden and private sitting area with sofa, chairs, fire pit and BBQ with free use of canoes and paddle boards. Lovely dogs welcome. Totally charming and all just for you . You will be the only guests at the property. We are doing some improvement works in early 2024 and will not open until Easter 24.

Clean & compact you will find everything you need including a private entrance with a key safe and parking on the driveway. We are based 10 mins off the A30 and just under 1 mile from the City centre which is approx 15/20 min walk downhill. Please note this is a steep hill to walk back up but you could stop at the award winning Rising Sun pub for refreshments!
