Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. A dog usually lives with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

Cottage in the countryside - idyllic farm in Skaun

Cozy cabin in beautiful surroundings, best suited for couples who can share the double bed. The cottage has electricity but no running water, but guests have their own newly renovated bathroom/toilet in the outhouse about 100m away. We can be helpful with round-trip transportation Pilgrimsleden that goes not far away from the farm. The cabin has an extra bedroom with room for 2 mattresses on the floor, but this is in the loft and the person who will sleep there must be comfortable climbing the ladder on the wall.

Seafront apartment (including gym and electric car charger)

Upgraded apartment in idyllic Ranheim – Enjoy a modern home with a sunny terrace and plenty of storage space. Carport parking is included, with electric car charging. From the metro bus stop nearby, you can get directly to Trondheim city centre in just 15 minutes. A grocery store and great hiking trails are nearby. As a guest, you also get free access to a gym just 50 metres away. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city centre - perfect for both short and longer stays

Tårnheim on Hølonda Tower in the woods Melhus

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kitchenette in the first, library in the second, bedroom with good view in the third and a cozy pavilion with balcony on the 4th floor. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Big room, private entrance and bathroom. Central and quiet

We rent our guest apartment, in a stately Swiss villa at Singsaker. It's a 24m2 room, a spacious hallway and a great new bathroom. There is no own kitchen available, but shop is 4 minutes walk away. The fortress is close by with its large green areas and there you can enjoy beautiful views of the city. 10 minutes walk takes you down to Bakklandet with its cozy cafes and eateries, and to the Old Town Bridge. Good bus connections, and walking distance to most things. Not party place

Dream cottage in Selbu

Kick back and relax in this quiet, elegant space. Welcome to our dream cottage! Here you will find plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and ski-in/ski-out to many prepared cross-country trails. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has 4 bedrooms (1 in the annex), a cozy living room, winter garden, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended.

Leilighet på 61kvm. Du bor litt utenfor sentrum, men med gangavstand til det meste. 1 minutt gange til dagligvarebutikk og gode bussmuligheter nesten rett utenfor døra som tar deg rett til sentrum på 20 minutter! Med andre ord, alt du trenger! Det er mulig å bo 4 stk her, om 2 stk sover på sofa. Det er totalt 3 stk dyner tilgjengelig. Dette er en leilighet jeg bor i selv og jeg har hund som røyter veldig mye. Man må forvente at leiligheten har noe hundehår på gulv og møbler.
