We have 4 sleeping places in the winter and 6 from May-October. In the summer, two people can stay in the boathouse. Close to boat rental and the Pilgrim's Way!

Welcome to a spacious home with panoramic views and plenty of sunshine. Enjoy peaceful surroundings and a great view from the large veranda. On the veranda, you will also find an outdoor hot tub that can be used for an additional fee of NOK 800 for the entire stay. The property is located only about 5 minutes from Heimdal town centre with shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Trondheim city centre and Nidaros Cathedral. Perfect for families, groups of friends or colleagues who want a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

Cabin by the lake

Enjoy a stylish experience in a centrally located place. The cabin is located right on the seafront just a few meters to the lake/boat/beach life. The famous Frostastien trail runs right outside the cabin area. The cabin is located on the upper row with a great view. If you wish to rent bed linen/towels, you must notify us in advance so that this can be arranged. This costs 250, - per person. If you want to rent a boat, there are opportunities for this 5 min away by car. Let us know and we can pass on contact info if you are interested.

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV on all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Here you can enjoy the evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on the Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. You will find a jetty and pier right next to the cabin, with good opportunities for fishing with a rod.
