The place is also suitable for summer with hiking trails and fishing waters in the immediate vicinity. You also have Selbusjøen with many activities in the immediate vicinity. The cabin has a large living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms on the main floor, as well as a bedroom in the loft. Delicate bathroom and sauna. Warm welcome to our guest apartment! NOTE: 5 July - 4 August 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have your own entrance, extensive view of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with lots of sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. Kitchen is equipped with all you need and the table can be pulled out and make room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 meters to Trondheim city center in 12 meters. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a terrace. It features district heating, with electric underfloor heating in the bathroom. Shared rooftop terrace with beautiful sea views. 5-minute walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, and the opportunity to take a swim in the fjord with sauna!

I dette huset får du god plass og høy komfort, en romslig stue med peis, stort spiseområde, fire soverom, velutstyrt kjøkken, innholdsrik garderobe og to bad. Det finnes også badstue for ekstra velvære. Boligen har både takterrasse og uteområde på bakkenivå – gode soner for avslapning og sosialt samvær. Badene er romslige og fullt funksjonelle, med klassiske detaljer fra sent 90- og tidlig 2000-tall. Badet i første etasje oppgraderes i februar og vil stå ferdig i mars.

Infrared sauna in basement and hot tub on terrace. Gym equipment in garage - treadmill, rack, barbell, weight discs, kettlebells, dumbbells and box.
