The cabin is sheltered in a small cabin area. Large plot, with sun from morning to late evening. Living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, plus a laundry room with a shower on the first floor. 2 bedrooms and an attic living room on the mezzanine. The house has a ceiling height in the middle... All amenities and Wi-Fi/fibre. New outdoor area with a large deck, a hot tub and a glass-enclosed garden room.

Experience beautiful sunsets and the sea up close. The cabin is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a secluded location with panoramic views of the sea. Modern design. Just you and nature. A fantastic starting point for fishing, kayaking, SUP and beach life. A rich wildlife, see the sea eagle that can glide slowly by. Large garden with lawn, large terraces. Sun all day. Parking right by the cabin. 20 minutes from the Sæterlia alpine centre and cross-country skiing trails.

Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
