Cabin holiday rentals in Trøndelag

Beautiful home in a beautiful place, we felt right at home. It’s full of amenities (games, keyboard, jacuzzi, nice kitchen, lots of outdoor furniture, fireplace indoor+outdoor, dart board, and the boat). It was even just great to hang out in the home due to the great views and cozy spots. We were able to do a great 550m high hike just 7 mins away by car. The host was great, she was very responsive.

We had a great stay, wonderful lake view, very quiet, places to walk or just hang out. The main city is 20 minutes drive from the cabin but not a big deal. The only things it would be “nice to have” would be add a door locker to bathroom and wifi connection. Other than that….perfect place!

We were at Helene's house for Christmas. We felt welcome right from the start. The house was warm and lit, so we could immediately admire the beautiful ambience. Helene has lovingly furnished and decorated everything. We also liked her self-painted pictures. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay. The big highlight is the hot tub with panoramic views. The surroundings are very quiet and nice for walking. THANK YOU for this relaxed and restful stay!

What do I say?! It was exactly what we had hoped for. A perfect break on our road trip through Norway. The view is amazing! As for the monster terrace... yes, it really is that big 😄 Enjoying the sunset in the whirlpool? - Priceless. If there were any questions or the like, the hosts were always super quick to reach. Short, specific, always helpful. It would have been perfect if the previous tenants had left the Airbnb as they would have liked to have found it. There are now four-legged friends who shed a lot of hair... especially on upholstered furniture, etc., which should then be vacuumed again. But the dear hosts can't do anything about that 🤗 We were completely satisfied. Who knows, maybe we'll come back sometime, reminisce and create new ones 🤗 Thanks for this great accommodation!

We stayed for 10 nights with 2 small children and our dog. What a hidden gem! Such beautiful surroundings and plenty of toys for the kids. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay even longer.

Very well equipped, nice location and uncomplicated

Great place, great host, great surroundings. Could also use their cabin which was a 40 minute hike (in snow). Overall just a really good experience. In winter time it comes in handy to have a 4 wheel drive for the last part up to the hut.

We've had some wonderful days here. The location is right by the sea and the view is magical. Here you can really lower your shoulders and relax. Everything was clean and the house has everything you need for amenities. Can really recommend the place. We would gladly came back.

This place is food for the soul. Indescribably beautiful, water, sky, mountains and animals. Here you get close. The cabin is comfortable, has everything you need. This is the adventure Norway at its most beautiful. There were 2 of us, and 3 with the dog that was barking at us. All the trips we had planned were cancelled, as the starting point (setra) is so great. 🇳🇴 A week in June 25 with all kinds of weather that will forever have a place in our hearts♥️♥️. We were positively surprised by the cabin, the location and the surroundings. Everything was up to expectations. The cabin has a terrace all around it with several seating areas and a gas grill. The hiking opportunities are many and good information with maps is available in the cabin. All four of us were very pleased with our 5-day stay and recommend the cabin both to families with children and couples who want a quiet holiday with trips and relaxation. We were 5 ladies from Trondheim who took a short trip to Ingunns cabin. What an incredibly cozy spot! Steep access to the cabin, but we were well informed about this in advance and went just fine for us. Ingunn was a very welcoming host. Lovely view from the hill and very cozy area around the cabin. Well-equipped kitchen and a cozy dining nook where we spent most of the time. Amazing weather on Sunday - which gave us a great terrain in the sun. Thank you so much, we would love to come back!

Inger-Lise was a very good hostess and we had a pleasant stay in and around the cabin a 😊 great place for a long weekend with the kids of 4 and 6 years, as there was a lot to explore both in the shore and up in the forest.

A little piece of paradise on earth. Adults and children enjoyed the trip. Everyone got their own bedrooms and slept well. Played in the shore and around the area. Was both in a restaurant and used the kitchen in the cabin. Lovely patio and yet a short distance to the shopping center, etc. Hosts who are recommended and also both the cabin and the area. Lovely views and private. Taking the trip again.

The cabin of Mali was great, quiet with nice views over the mountains. The sauna was closeby, where we enjoyed ourselves after a nice hike in the neighbourhood. The house had everything we wished for, at a cool evening a nice fireplace and at warm days an outside barbeque. We saw a lot of wildlife, visited the old church and bought meat/cheese from a local goat-farm. A great place to relax, be active and enjoy eachother's company. I am sure we will be back in the future.

Great cabin and location Proximity to shop and coffee shop. Trips: Kirkestien and Storfjellet. Fishing opportunities in the stream at the cabin. Clean and nice. Cozy host who responded quickly to our inquiries. We didn't miss anything. But if you love reading in the bed, bring your own reading lamp. We want to come back for sure. Ingrid and Steinar

We felt very comfortable! The cabin is modern and cozy. The veranda overlooking the lake is wonderful for relaxing. Our hosts always responded quickly and helpfully. We'll be back!

Beautiful modern well-maintained and equipped property in idyllic surroundings next to woodland with easily walkable trails into the centre of Isfjorden. Plenty of comfortable space inside and out for cooking, eating and relaxing and very comfortable beds. Note that there is only one bathroom. We were 3 adults but I imagine if 9 people staying it might be an issue. Morning and evening birdsong and wildflowers were magical. Views from the terrace were spectacular and would definitely recommend and return here again. We travelled without a car and found it easy to access everything we wanted to by bus and on foot.

We had some wonderful days on Linesøya and in the cabin of Agnes and Roar. A cozy cabin with which is bright and nice with incredibly great views. We would love to return to business and rent here again.

Seemed a little smaller than in the photos, but great location (at the end of the dirt road, quiet, beautiful, close to hiking area,…) and pleasantly decorated (though little light)….

Linn's place is truly the perfect mountain retreat! The cabin is beautiful, the location is stunning and the view is incredible. We initially planned on staying a week but then extended our trip because we just didn't want to leave! It's also worth noting you'll feel right at home here. The beds are comfortable, the house is cozy and has everything you need! We will certainly be back next winter to explore more of the ski trails and mountains just beyond the front door!
