After a 5 minute walk through the forest you will hit the Kjerkstien/pilgrim trail and can hike along it inland in the field or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
