The nicest summer house a few meters from the sea

Cottage for rent We have decided to rent out our beautiful cottage located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a permanent connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the cottage is the tourist ferry Helge, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of a kitchen-dining-living room, 1 bathroom, entrance, bedroom, children's room and a rest area with a sofa bed. Large south-facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. In fact, there are only 10 meters down to your own beach and your own jetty, from which you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect stones and play, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, you can enjoy a shower under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view of Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). At sea, there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, porpoises and seals are seen. Everywhere is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only birdsong to break the silence. There are large forests a walk away. If you are interested in fishing, you can catch flatfish, trout, etc. from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that can be borrowed. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a beautiful Finnish sauna in wood, built by real Finns who even brought wood and a stove from Finland. Enjoy a dip in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family of max. 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We have no TV, but lots of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heat, in addition to a wood pellet stove. The price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked on arrival and departure and paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or in cash. Everything must be cleaned up/emptied and then cleaned by a cleaning company.

Beautiful surroundings in Troense

This home is right in the middle of Denmark's coziest rural village in the skipper town of Troense. The rooms are on the 1st floor above the garage with a private entrance and private bathroom. Here are quiet, beautiful surroundings in a large garden. There is a small seating area in the evening sun, and many opportunities for beautiful walks to the village idyll, marina, beaches, beech forests and Valdemars Slot. No kitchen, but access to refrigerator and kettle. Breakfast can be bought nearby. Only 4 km to Svendborg C and there is a city bus 300 m from the home.

Charming skipper's home on Thurø

Relax in this unique and quiet home with lots of atmosphere from a bygone era when hundreds of schooners belonged to Thurø. A few minutes to Gambøt harbor with the characteristic fishing huts and the steep places for the fishermen's nets. Well hidden by the island, you will also find a small beach where you can also put the kayak in the water and explore Thurø and the rest of the South Funen archipelago. The house is within cycling distance of the town's best baker and the Smørmosen with a beach and Denmark's most beautiful miniature golf course.

Holiday apartment with its own fireplace - furnished in an old barn. Beautifully located in quiet and scenic surroundings with the possibility of beautiful bike/walking trips by the beach, in the forest, on the reef or around the island's many small harbors. In Thurø town there is a supermarket, bakery, inn and local beer brewery. Svendborg with cultural offerings and cozy shopping streets, the Øhavs trail, mountain bike trails, castles and museums are all within immediate reach. In addition, Thurø is a mecca for anglers.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Svendborg - A very special oasis.

Nice home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With a 10-minute walk to the train/bus station and ferries. Shopping nearby. The home has a nice location in a peaceful area and with a nice backyard with small beautiful terraces and cozy corners for free use. A lovely garden with apple and flowering trees, herb garden where the guest can also enjoy a piece of fruit or herbs, or to get a little shade.
