Von der Tiefgarage aus, können sie sofort mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung fahren. - Bitte nicht in der Wohnung Rauchen, danke - Fahrräder können in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. - Arbeitsplatz für Laptops - WiFi-Free - Gäste ohne Bild im Profil müssen einen Ausweis beim Check in vorlegen

Cozy, quiet 2 room apartment, parking free

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Wohnen wie in der Schloßallee! Die Merianstraße liegt in direkter Nähe zum Zurlaubener Ufer mit seinen Fischerhäuschen und 5 Minuten Gehweg zur Porta Nigra. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage ist die Merianstr. sehr ruhig. Das Ein - Zimmer - Appartement liegt in einem Anbau im 2. Stock. Es ist mit einem Balkon, einer Ankleidekammer, einer Einbauküche und einem Duschbad ausgestattet. Well-kept apartment in a quiet elevated location

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The "Residence at the Kaiserthermen", built in 2017, is located just a few minutes from the center of Trier. A tastefully well-equipped small and quaint apartment, about 21 sqm in size. Accessibility from the apartment: all (historical) attractions of and within the city center (about 7 min walk), bus stop to the University of Trier (50m), the Academy of European Law (5 min walk), bus line 303 to Luxembourg (about 7 min walk), shopping (2km walk or into the city center).

At the Kaiserthermen Trier, with garage parking space

Apartment built in 2017 in the center of Trier, residence at the Kaiserthermen, top amenities, with secure underground parking. The pedestrian zone of Trier and all the sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university is a few minutes by bus. The bus stop to the university is about 50 meters from the apartment. Perfect for city travelers, Luxembourg commuters, long-term guests as well as business travelers and vacationers.

The fully equipped apartment is located in the central city center of Trier. It is a three-minute walk from the Porta Nigra and thus in the central pedestrian zone of Germany's oldest city. The apartment was completely renovated in summer 2019. Shopping facilities of all kinds, bars, restaurants, museums and the train station are within walking distance. Hosting is a matter close to our hearts. We go to great lengths to make our guests feel at home.

Karl-Marx-Residenz Apartment in the city center

Fewer nights possible at extra cost. I provide two bedrooms for 3 or more people. (Whoever with 2 people 2 bedrooms, please specify when booking. There is an additional cleaning fee of 15 euros.) Attention: No private parking space included. See means of transport. Costs incurred for parking should be factored in before booking. It is an old building apartment in Trier city center. The apartment is not accessible on the 3rd floor with bathroom

Trier home for well-being and relaxation

The apartment offers every comfort. Everything is available via parquet floor, underfloor heating, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, 40-inch HD TV to the mini library. Of course, free Wi-Fi is included. Sleeping is on a 140 cm box spring bed and a super cozy 130 cm sofa bed. The private, private bathroom with underfloor heating is located door to the door to the living area. My apartment and another room are separated by a hallway.
