Near the city center in January 2021 renovated two-room apartment, about 250 meters from the PortaNigra. The apartment is on the first middle floor and accessible via stairs only. The small hallway leads into the living room with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hob). Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar available. The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or directly in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.
