We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Woburn Barn. The property was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and well-equipped. Maria and Simon had thought of everything you could need for your stay, and even more! Personal touches like a welcome note and delicious cream tea left in the fridge for our arrival were greatly appreciated. The property’s ideal location, just a short walk to local shops and takeaways in Launceston, made it a great base to explore nearby attractions like Dartmoor, Tintagel, the Eden Project, the Jamaica Inn, and Bodmin. Little Woburn Barn will definitely be our first stop for any future trips to Devon or Cornwall.

The house is very well equipped, offers plenty of space and various living rooms, which make the stay pleasant even in rainy weather. You can also relax in the well-kept garden with the beautiful plants, several seating options and grill. If you are looking for peace, this is the place to be.

Perfect Location and Lovely Stay! We stayed here for two nights as a family and absolutely loved it. The caravan was exactly where we needed it to be — conveniently located right next to a pub, which made everything so much easier for us. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was smooth, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely recommend this spot and would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Talland Cliff side beach house, we stayed for two nights with our two children and Labrador, the property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus a few extra touches that added to our enjoyment, the family games and the hammock were a favourite for the children and sauna was an added luxury for us :) but without a doubt sitting on the decking and watching the sea was the most relaxing and wonderful thing for us to do! The beach is 5 minutes walk down the cliff side not too difficult but the climb back up may take a little longer but absolutely worth it for the trip down to the beach, there are a couple of coastal paths within a couple of miles of the property and a couple of small eateries close by for lunch with a view. 5/5 stars from me, the Perfect Weekend Getaway! The Cow Shed in Cornwall was the ideal escape for a relaxing weekend. The place was spotless and beautifully presented a lovely little home with everything you could need. It’s private, peaceful, and easy to find, with great access and parking. Kim was fantastic, super quick to respond and always helpful with any questions I had. The view of the cows added a charming countryside touch that made the stay even more special. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the hot plate was great for cooking up some simple meals. Overall, I couldn’t fault it – a truly amazing stay. I’d 1000% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful break in nature.

The shepherd’s hut was exactly what we had expected, having stayed in several similar properties in the past. Everything needed was there, and it was a lovely touch to find milk and clotted cream in the fridge, plus two scones and jam on the table. The weather was terrible, so we did not walk much, but the view out of the window was lovely, and it was a convenient and perfect place to stay for visiting a friend who lives nearby but could not accommodate us. We would happily stay there in future when visiting our friend again.

Fabulous place to stay, clean tidy and everything you needed. Lovely welcome basket with tea, coffee, biscuits, milk in the fridge and most importantly biscuits and a ball for the girls 🎾🐾🐾 Lovely secure garden just needed to walk one across on a lead as she’s an explorer 🤦‍♀️. Thank you a great place books, games and plenty of local activity information available to use. All rooms spotless, smelt amazing and well stocked kitchen cupboards, plenty of hot water always a bonus !!

We were lucky enough to stay in a shepherd’s hut in Cornwall recently and what a magical experience it was. Although the hut itself is compact, it has everything you need: a great shower, a super comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches throughout. Our lovely hostess greeted us on arrival, and even though everything was clearly laid out, we felt completely at ease knowing we could ask for help if needed. The outdoor BBQ area is fabulous, and the view is absolutely stunning. We spent three wonderful nights there. Cornwall is a special place, and Maria has truly made the most of their own little slice of heaven. It’s the perfect spot to slow down, enjoy expansive views, and reconnect with the simpler joys of life. The place was spotless and relaxed, and the welcome basket on arrival was a thoughtful touch …after a long day of travel, it meant we could unwind and enjoy the view instead of rushing out for supplies. We’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family.
