Roberto ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er begleitet einen still und diskret während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft alle Erwartungen und bereitet einem einen schönen Auftakt und Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Wer Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, findet sie hier. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Molino Verde (Appartement Ginestra) und haben jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung, das Anwesen, der Garten im Olivenhain und der traumhaft saubere und große Pool sind unbeschreiblich schön. Haben Orte, wie Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi und Orvieto besucht. Alles mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Zum Abschluss gab es immer eine Erfrischung im Pool. Barbecue und Waschmaschine auch vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Sogar im Olivenöl gibt es lauschige Plätze mit Hängematten zum Entspannen. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Nicoletta und Fabiana, die so lieb und zuvorkommend waren. Auch ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Saskia, die uns von der Buchung bis zum Abschied begleitet hat. Alles Liebe und Gute, a presto Familie Roth Ps. Das Olivenöl von Molino Verde schmeckt vorzüglich und wir haben gleich noch Vorrat für Zuhause mitgenommen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

L'appartamento è veramente molto grande, situato in pieno centro storio di Foligno in zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per tre persone. E' dotato di una ampia cucina, un grande bagno e una camera da letto con tre letti ed un angolo studio. Tutto pulito. La posizione è comodissima, vicino c'è la stazione dei treni che permette di visitare i luoghi circostanti senza l'utilizzo dell'auto. Vicinissimo al centro nazionale di reclutamento per l'Esercito Italiano. Nelle adiacenze tutti i servizi e un piccolo supermercato. L'Host è stato veramente disponibile sia nel check-in che nel check-out, e ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze, lo ringraziamo infinitamente. Unica piccola nota dolente non vi sono parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze. Comunque la casa di Simone è consigliata vivamente.

Eravamo due famiglie e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Maria Francesca è stata gentilissima e super disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. La casa è ampia e spaziosa ed era pulitissima. A due minuti a piedi da Santa Maria degli angeli e a pochi minuti di macchina da Assisi.

Super Lage um die umliegenden Ortschaften zu erkunden. Mit prächtiger Aussicht über das Tal mit Assisi Spello Trevi und viele weitere Orte im Hintergrund. Die Wohnung sehr nett eingeteilt und eingerichtet und eine richtig angenehme Ruhe zum Entspannen nach den Ausflügen. Sollten wir wieder einen Aufenthalt in Umbrien machen, wird das mit sicherheit wieder unsere Unterkunft werden.

Casale molto bello immerso nella natura. L'appartamento è stato confortevole, spazioso e pulito . Elena è stata reattiva nelle risposte e super disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare anche il necessario per la colazione. Lo spazio esterno bellissimo e a nostra totale disposizione. Montefalco dista qualche minuto di auto e tutti i dintorni sono splendidi. Abbiamo soggiornato con un bimbo di due anni trovando culla e seggiolone nell'appartamento. Torneremo sicuramente.

Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Spello is a lovely place to stay if you would like to explore Umbria. Sonora was very friendly easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions of where to eat in Spello. I would recommend to family and friends

Our stay at Claudia and Massimiliano's Airbnb was excellent. The place is comfortable, clean and has all the ammenities that we needed during our trip. Tutto bene nell'appartamento di Massimiliano! Host disponibile e simpatico, ottima zona nel centro di Spello. L'appartamento è ben fornito, si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina (senza ascensore). Da consigliare.

Nous avons été accueillis dès notre arrivée à la gare par Fabrizio, qui nous a accompagné jusqu’au logement. Il a pris le temps de de nous faire visiter le logement et de nous expliquer les équipements, il avait également préparé quelques petites attentions pour nous. Un guide sur la ville nous a été remis en français également avec des recommandations de restaurants , d’animations à faire etc. Nous ne parlions pas italien, mais il s’est adapté et nous avons réussi à échanger sans problème . C’est un hôte très agréable, très accueillant, très sympathique, et bienveillant car prends des nouvelles pendant le séjour pour voir si tout va bien . Le logement atypique qui très propre , bien équipé est très bien situé au cœur de la ville historique , dans un endroit calme . Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement et dans cette jolie ville. Je recommande a 100% Encore merci Fabrizio !!!

L'alloggio, situato in un luogo tranquillo e panoramico, è stato un ottimo punto di partenza per le nostre visite in zona. Manuelo è un ottimo host. Preciso, cordiale e amichevole, ci ha fornito indicazioni utilissime per il nostro soggiorno. Siamo davvero soddisfatti. Speriamo di poterci ritornare.

It was a charming apartment to stay in the beautiful town of Spoletto . We stayed with 2 of my children and their spouses and my 10 year old grandson and it was perfect for all of us . The weather was very warm but coming into the apartment was so very cool . We all loved it

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Gli host avevano lasciato anche alcune cose per la colazione (tra cui latte, marmellatine, crostatine ecc..) e per la pulizia. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a far spesa perché c’era già lo stretto necessario (come il caffè per la mattina, il sapone per le mani ecc..). Nel bagno erano riposti anche kit per igiene personale molto apprezzati. Fabio e Monica sono stati molto disponibili, reattivi nelle risposte e cordiali. Una esperienza molto positiva!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

Tolle Aufenthalt - Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, sehr ruhig - wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Weg in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir verstanden haben, war für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank Giuseppe!
