Arrived at Chris’s place quite late due to traffic so I had a little trouble finding in the dark. I rung Chris and he answered immediately and was very helpful and friendly he showed us to the parking. Upon entering the annex we felt at home instantly. It was immaculately clean throughout and very spacious. The kitchen was also very well equipped which was nice. Lovely fresh towels too and bedding too! JBL speaker for music was amazing. We couldn’t of hoped for anything better when it come to the accommodation. Now the day before I was due to leave a gasket blew on my car and I didn’t know what to do. Chris stopped everything he was doing and was waiting with his son when I arrived back. They both went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed and I couldn’t be more grateful to them all. If your looking to stay in Cornwall, I would 100% recommend it not only for the perfect location and place but for the hosts too. Thank you guys 🙏

We stayed at John's property as it was convenient for the job we were working on. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

I travelled with my elderly parents to celebrate our friends Golden Wedding in Lanner. The bungalow was ideally located and was immaculate inside. The accessibility was perfect for my dad who uses a walker and the house was easy for him to manoeuvre around. The attention to detail was incredible with everything being thought of in both the bathroom and kitchen to the excellent wifi throughout and USB plugs in the bedrooms. The house was modern, comfortable and spacious and ideal for a short or longer stay. The linen and towels were lovely and clean and the beds very comfy. When we weren't celebrating we found it was easy to get around with Truro, the north and south coasts all within 20 minutes drive. Definitely recommend the Fox and Hounds pub which is a 3 minute drive or an easy 20 minute walk. Definitely hope to return with my wife and children sometime.

You would be hard pressed to find more gracious hosts than Freda and Tim. They were very responsive to our needs. I looked forward every morning to talk to them as they brought us our breakfast. They were very good at recommending places to see. The cottage was just what we needed for our stay in Cornwall. It was big enough for the two of us and it had everything we needed. Lanner is very centrally located and a great place to stay for those that want to explore Cornwall. I would go back there and stay with them again in a heartbeat.
