What a stunning little place. The cottage was cosy and immaculately clean. Alison was super welcoming and imparted lots of knowledge on the local area, including tips for getting around easily. We had a frequent visitor in Bramble the cat who is sooo friendly and fussy 🐈‍⬛️🤎🖤 Comfy, warm, cosy, clean, cats....perfect! Thank you Alison x

An absolutely glorious stay — we fell in love with this beautiful corner of Cornwall. Olivia and Daniel were the perfect hosts: warm, generous, and full of thoughtful touches. The converted barn we stayed in couldn’t have been more beautiful, fitted out to a high standard with a creative eye. We especially loved the open-plan kitchen-living space, comfy mezzanine bed, the great shower, huge CD collection, super-fast WiFi, and the views across the lawn. The setting is truly magical — the photos can’t begin to do it justice. Acres of peaceful wooded gardens, a stream running through, spring flowers everywhere — and just a few minutes’ drive from some of the most stunning coastline in Cornwall. We loved hopping on the ferry to Fowey (amazing restaurants) and exploring Looe, Polperro, Lostwithiel and Polruan. This place feels like a hidden gem. We left already planning our return, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, unforgettable escape. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Penn Barn. The barn is very tastefully furnished and comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. It is set in a beautiful location, with fantastic views from the sitting room, kitchen and patio overlooking the river. Whilst tight, you can get a good-sized car in the parking space. Kate was very helpful, with clear instructions and kind flexibility about check-in. We really enjoyed our time in Lerryn and will definitely look to book to stay at Penn Barn again.

We had a lovely stay. Your place is like a home from home. You have thought of everything to make people’s stay more comfortable. Nikki has thought of everything. welcome basket on arrival, even with bits for the dog, including water and good bowl. Large field out the front where you can exercise the dog. Fresh milk in the fridge, tea and coffee. Lots of different types of pillows to suit every individual. Beds super comfy, and extra blankets in wardrobe. Basics like salt and pepper, Oil, Washing up liquid, tea towels and new cleaning sponge, towels already there. Thanks again. Would definitely come again without hesitation. Key is in the key safe.
