Idyllic retreat just metres from Porthilly beach
Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. You will never tire of the view; it will keep you spellbound.

Scarrabine farmhouse annex is in a beautiful, quiet coastal location. Easy free parking unlike Port Isaac! Amazing sea views and sunsets from the bedroom. Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

Pop's Place (The Annexe) is next to Carnawn and sleeps 3. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. Maximum 2 DOGS a charge of £5 per day per dog. Please add to booking

Sunny Chalet with parking & patio
This beautiful little chalet is situated at the top of our sunny garden with delightful views. Providing all you need for a perfect stay in Port Isaac. With private access and your own private garden, this chalet is completely self contained holiday hideaway with easy stroll down the road to the charming village and beach. PLEASE NOTE there are 3 flights of steps to reach the chalet but It is certainly worth the climb! Sadly this property is completely unsuitable for disabled access. NO PETS

Light Seaview Little Lanroc

Little Lanroc is an absolute gem of a find right in the centre of old Port Isaac with a stunning vista, a place of respite where the South West Coastal walkers can put their feet up in comfort and the Doc Martin enthusiasts can take time out to soak up the atmosphere.

The Porthole
This peaceful and central cottage is located at the top of Port Isaac village, step out of the front door to breathtaking views of the bay. There are plenty of walks on the doorstep, both Port Isaac and Port Gaverne beach are within a 5 minute walk. If you would rather sit back and relax, head to one of Port Isaac 7 pubs/restaurants or grab a coffee and watch the waves. Port Isaac is a short drive away from Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and many more lovely villages for you to visit. Dogs welcome.

This gorgeous, light, airy studio flat, (which is above The Peapod with it’s own entrance) is central to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne making it easy to plan your visit. The studio flat, with a double bed, has been recently refurbushed to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and furnishings. Step out of the door into a lovely courtyard which has two popular cafes serving delicious lunches, cream teas & crab sandwiches. Everything in Port Isaac is within walking distance.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat
Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Sea View offers cosy accommodation with stunning views over the Camel Estuary and a short stroll from Padstow harbour. Finished to high standards, the house provides a wonderful base for up to four people. A generous open plan living, dining and kitchen layout offers ample space with connection to the private outdoor sun terrace and garden. There are two beautiful double bedrooms, one en-suite and a log burner for winter months. Private off road parking for one vehicle provided.
